Kind tips:
When using it for the first time, it takes a certain amount of time for the water to circulate out of the mattress, about 2 minutes for a single mattress size, and about 4 minutes for a double mattress size.
The hole at the bottom of the machine does not have a plug, and this hole is used for water circulation.
Tips for use:
1. The machine is used in a basin. Please fill the basin with water when working. There are holes at the bottom of the main unit to allow water to enter the main unit automatically;
2. The machine should be placed above or parallel to the mattress , not lower than the mattress;
3. When using the machine, add ice water/ice cubes as a medium in the water basin;
4. The face with two joints on the mattress is the front, and it is placed upwards;
5. The mattress cannot be folded during use and must be spread out flat;
6. Pay attention to the amount of water in the basin. It is necessary to ensure half a basin of water. If it is insufficient, please increase it;
7. When not in use for a long time, the water in the machine and mattress should be finished.
8. Layers of fabric sheets on the mat will be more comfortable.
