Aliapex aims to provide a fair and secure shopping experience for buyers and sellers. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or does not match the description, you may be eligible for a return, refund, replacement, or Buyer Protection support.

How to Return an Order

Step 1 – Sign In

Log in to your Aliapex account.

Step 2 – Open Your Order

Go to:

My Orders → View Details

Select the order you want to return.

Step 3 – Select “Return/Refund”

Choose:

Return Item or Refund Request

depending on your situation.

Step 4 – Select a Reason

Examples include:

  • Item damaged
  • Wrong item received
  • Product not as described
  • Missing parts
  • Delivery issue
  • Defective product

Step 5 – Upload Evidence

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Videos showing defects
  • Shipping label images

Providing clear evidence helps speed up the review process.

Step 6 – Submit Request

Once submitted, the seller or Aliapex dispute system will review your request.

Free Returns

Some items qualify for Free Returns.

Eligible items may allow:

  • Free return shipping
  • Local return warehouse
  • Fast refund processing

If available, return instructions and labels will appear automatically in your return request.

Refund Only (No Return Required)

In some situations, Aliapex may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

This may happen when:

  • Item value is low
  • Return shipping is too expensive
  • Item is damaged or unusable
  • Seller approves refund-only solution

Approval depends on case review.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return.

Seller Responsibility

The seller may pay return shipping if:

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer may pay return shipping if:

Buyer Protection for Returns

Aliapex Buyer Protection may help buyers when:
