When Should I Contact a Seller?
You may contact a seller for:

Option 1 – Before Placing an Order
You can contact a seller directly from the product page.

Option 2 – After Placing an Order
You can message the seller through your order details.

How Long Does a Seller Take to Respond?
Response times vary depending on:

24–72 hours

Can I Change My Order Through the Seller?
Before Shipment
You may request changes such as:

Please note:
Changes are not guaranteed and depend on whether the seller has already started processing the order.
After Shipment
Order changes are generally not possible once shipped.
What If the Seller Does Not Reply?

Report a Seller

- Refuses to resolve legitimate issues
You may report the seller through the order page or customer support.
Aliapex may investigate policy violations and take action when necessary.
Safety Tips When Contacting Sellers

- Avoid off-platform payments
- Never share sensitive financial information
- Keep screenshots of important discussions
- Review seller ratings before purchase
Aliapex cannot guarantee protection for transactions completed outside the platform.
