Aliapex aims to provide transparent and competitive pricing for businesses of all sizes.

1. Types of Seller Fees

Aliapex may charge one or more of the following fees:

• Sales Commission Fees
• Payment Processing Fees
• Advertising / Promoted Listing Fees (Optional)
• Subscription Fees (Optional)
• Cross-Border Selling Fees (if applicable)

Applicable fees may vary by product category, country, and seller plan.

2. Sales Commission Fees (Final Value Fee)

Aliapex may charge a percentage fee on completed sales.

The commission is generally calculated based on:

Item price + shipping charges (where applicable)

• Industrial & Wholesale: 3%–8%
• General Merchandise: 8%–12%

Category fees may vary depending on promotions, seller status, or region.

3. Payment Processing Fees

To support secure payment handling, Aliapex may charge payment processing fees.

Standard Payment Fee

2.9% + applicable fixed transaction fee

This fee may cover:

• Payment processing
• Fraud monitoring
• Payment security
• Chargeback handling

Processing fees may vary by country or payment provider.

4. Product Listing Fees

Standard Listings

Free

Aliapex may allow sellers to create product listings without upfront listing fees.

Seller limits may apply.

7. Cross-Border Selling Fees

Additional fees may apply for international marketplace transactions.

International Selling Fee

1%–2% additional fee (where applicable)

8. Refunds of Seller Fees

If an order is:

Cancelled

Fully Refunded

Certain seller fees may be refunded, partially refunded, or retained depending on:

• Advertising usage

Processing fees may not always be refundable.

9. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for:

• VAT obligations

• Local tax compliance

Aliapex may collect or report taxes where legally required.

For EU sellers, VAT obligations may apply.

Aliapex may update seller fees periodically.
